Property management is one of a number of specialized areas within Ivory Homes. Our Property Manger is a person who manages properties for owners as their agent. In acting as an agent, our manager is a fiduciary and, therefore, owes all obligations imposed by the law of the agency to each owner-principle. Additionally, since our property manager acts as an agent in renting, leasing, and perhaps the selling of the property.

Our Property Manager has comprehensive specialized training to be able to satisfactorily perform the functions accepted under the typical contract with the property owner.

Expert management is often necessary for income property to be a profitable investment. Competent management can provide a comprehensive, orderly program, on a continuing basis, of analyzing all of the investment aspects of a property to ensure a financially successful project.

  9. Maintaining complete records of the property, including the amount of all rents collected copies of all receipts for services of repairs, etc
  10. Coordinating maintenance repairs needed through qualified personnel; obtaining estimates for any major repairs
  11. Owners notified of any needed repairs and/or maintenance
  12. Periodic drive-by inspections of property
  13. Maintain ongoing relations with property owner and tenant
